Ritual helps your mind in a certain way and that is what we want to share with you. It is something that can help you go deeper into your spiritual process.

Becoming good at your rituals, good at your meditation for example – allows you to go very, very deep. Deep into your spiritual development.

It doesn’t happen overnight.

But understanding ritual so you can implement it easier can help you begin to uncover blocked emotions and repressed events allowing you to do the “deeper work”.

Ritual does not have to be something long, formal, or well organized. No. It can be something you add to your daily life in small doses.

In this video, Raina breaks down ritual for you and also shares why it can be hard at first. Why it can feel difficult, scary, or you might find yourself procrastinating about it instead.

You can watch the video here:

Raina and I frequently reference rituals. Such as Individual Rituals to grow your spiritual awareness or rituals to honor our ancestors.

It got me thinking, ritual can be misinterpreted to feel like something “official” or elaborate when there is more to it than that.

Rituals have an important significance to your ego.

They help your spiritual growth and it isn’t something that takes a great deal of time or energy to add to your daily routine.

A ritual can be small way you invite in the sacred in between moving from one task to another. Or even as easy as showering with intention.

Taking away the mystery of “ritual” allows you to understand how it helps in your life and the importance of adding it to your daily routine.

I’d love to hear about some of your daily rituals in the comments.
