You may have seen businesses where the creator loses their passion and isn’t able to sustain it. You may wonder what happened and why they no longer seem invested. There is a responsibility to co-creating a business and being able to maintain it.

Stopping to think about whether or not you are ready for the responsibility and how you want to grow your idea, is a necessary step, but one that is often left out of our traditional way of building a business.

There is magick in proper alignment.

I’d like to share Raina’s thoughts on co-creating a business and her inspiring words about the love and excitement it takes. It’s such a different way of looking at creation!

Raina’s Sentiments on Creating:

Co-Creating a business, it is no different than co-creating a child, a baby.

You will need to gestate your idea, you will need to be pregnant with it then you will need to birth it.

If you are opening a new business you must co-create with your higher self.

If you are opening a new business with a partner you must co-create with your higher self, your partner, and their higher self.

It must come from the heart, it must come from love.

How do you feel about your business partner, is there respect and love?

Your business will not do well if you are only doing it for money. You must LOVE it.

Creating your own business creates a responsibility of yourself. It allows you to trust yourself and your higher self to provide, to create together and to stay in the flow of life.

When you work for someone else there is a certain amount of power you must give away. You cannot do the business the way you want because it is not yours. Working for someone else gives you the opportunity to learn about business, to learn about what it means to earn your own money.

When you are ready to create you own business, you are ready to become a creator in the world, to become aligned with your higher self enough to hold that responsibility. You may also need to hold the responsibility of others.

Your business may provide a service to others who need that service – there is a responsibility in that too, just like having children.

Do not allow yourself to create for the sake of creating it.

Allow yourself to enjoy what you are doing, to have a belief in it, to have a love for it.

The business owner gets to decide how the business feels.

You get to play God, Goddess when you create your business.

Infuse love and excitement in your business. It’s mother and father must fill it with the energy it will hold.

Co-Create with a partner (your higher self).

If you are not ready yet, you may need more self-discovery. It allows you to know why you want it and then to blend it with the business you will love the business that will make sense to you.
