Physical or emotional pain can create havoc in our lives in a way that does not allow for movement forward. Pain can stop you in your tracks, keep you from living fully, or experiencing a fulfilling life. Pain is also an inevitable part of a human lifetime. This discussion and meditation was created to help you deal with your pain first, and then heal it. Pushing through pain can be difficult, but very rewarding.
